Kate,30, gave birth to a baby girl earlier this week for Godfrey, who has a rare, unknown medical condition. Her first child for him was in 2008. Speaking on how they met, began dating and had children, Godfrey told Uganda's KFM:
‘I stayed with her four years before her people knew where she was. I didn’t want them to see me until we had a child because they'd definitely advise her to leave me. She left me when she was six months pregnant but I think she later accepted her fate because she came back two months later. I told her that I didn’t choose to look the way I do and that if she feels I am a burden, she is free to leave me’.

According to a story sent to LIB from Akwa Ibom, a 19 year old boy named Daniel Michael Edet, (pictured right) a student from Idoro in Uyo LGA, killed his aunt, Glory Edet Ebere, 44 (left).

The boy used to live with his aunt but one day left her home unceremoniously. For months the aunty didn't hear from him but on June 11th, he showed up at her house and said he wanted to return home. The woman who lived alone told him he was no more welcomed in her house, that he should go back to wherever he was coming from. Daniel then asked for money to go back and the aunt said she had no money to give him. A quarrel ensued and Daniel attacked his aunt. He stabbed her multiple times, killing her. He then stole her car keys, locked her corpse inside the house and left.

Dr. John Hagee, the founder and senior pastor of the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, not only agrees with what the Bible says, but also takes the faith to a higher level.

One of the things that the Bible has consistently denounced is the taking of the Lord’s name in vain. Speaking exclusively with Newslo, Hagee stated that ;in this world of crimes and deaths that
surround us, a simple blasphemy does not get that much attention when it should.”

After Nigeria lost to the United States 1–0 in a Group D Women’s World Cup match on Tuesday night, Falcon coach Edwin Okon apparently refused to shake hands with American coach Jill Ellis.

Now he's being dragged by foreign media. I saw one in particular titled 'Meet Nigeria's handshake snubbing, no scouting, all praying embarrassment of a coach" which I found hilarious...though a little disrespectful which was published on Slate. Read after the cut...

In 2011, 43-year old Snoop Dogg, real name Calvin Broadus Jr  signed a three-year deal to be the face of Blast, a fruit-flavoured drink that was part of Pabst's Colt 45 malt beer range.
Under the terms of the agreement he was paid around $250,000 and further instalments of $20,000 for every tenth mention of the brand on social media, at concerts or during TV appearances.

But he believed his contract also entitles him to a portion of the sale price should Pabst sell the business before January 2016, as well as royalties on each case of Blast that was sold.

While many people are busy hailing Bruce Jenner and calling him a hero for living his 'true self, rapper Snoop Dogg ain't got time for that. He's part of a few who feel - but won't publicly say - that they think Bruce has a mental disorder. The rapper took to instagram today to slam mainstream media who are way more interested in Bruce's story and glorifying it and ignoring inspiring stories like what Akon did recently. He launched a Solar academy (an institution that will train electrical engineers) that will supply electricity to millions of people in Africa and no mainstream media has carried it.

What annoys me about Bruce Jenner is how he's making a public spectacle of himself/herself. What's the docuseries for? Why can't he live his truth quietly? Anyway, see what Snoop wrote after the cut...
