A 28 year-old housewife, Mary Attah has been condemned to death by hanging by an Effurun High Court for stabbing her Pastor husband, Darlington Attah, with a kitchen knife and setting him ablaze.

Prosecution from the Delta State Ministry of Justice had told the Court that the accused who was married to Darlington Attah (now deceased) with four children, on or about the 6th day of July, 2012 at Effurun within the Effurun Judicial Division did attack her husband with a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the neck as a result of an alleged phone call from the husband’s lover.

A notorious rapist and paedophile identified as Badoo was apprehended in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state and burnt to death by an angry mob.

Baddo was reportedly caught on Saturday, July 23, after allegedly raping an 8-year-old girl at Ota, Oode Ibeshe, Ikorodu during a celestial church vigil. The dreaded criminal who had been a menace to the community was caught while hiding inside a primary school. He was then stripped naked, beaten mercilessly and set ablaze. A man who had been declared missing for 25 years and later declared dead in Indiana has been discovered living with a new family in Pasco County, Florida.
Terry Jude Symansky appeared to lead an ordinary life in Florida. He had a wife and a teenage son, owned property, and “worked odd jobs,” according to the Tampa Bay Times.
The only problem, police say, was that Terry Jude Symansky was not really Terry Jude Symansky. He was actually Richard Hoagland who vanished 25 years ago.

Donald Trump's youngest daughter, Tiffany Trump gave a speech at the Republican National Convention on Tuesday night. The 22-year-old, who recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, is Trump's only child with second wife Marla Maples.

A 14-year-old pregnant girl was burnt to death by her in-laws in a remote area of central Ghor province, central Afghanistan. This is the latest reported case of violence against women in the country.
"She was a victim of family violence," said General Mustafa Andarabi, the Police Chief of Ghor province. Zahra's husband was involved in the incident, he added.  He fled the house. However, we have Zahra's father in-law and mother in-law in custody," Andarabi said.

A six foot python was overpowered by a brave man at the old Aplaku Muslim cemetery near Bortianor, Ghana. According to the man identified as Alhaji, they had come there on Sunday morning, July 17 to weed and clear out the Muslim cemetery when he detected movement at the far end leading to one of the walls. He rushed there and found the huge python stretched out and ready to engage him in a fight.
