A man, identified only as Jose David N, was caught throwing his 3-year-old stepdaughter in a hotel swimming pool in Mexico multiple times, causing her to drown. This happened on the 12th of August 2015 while the little girl's mother was sleeping in their hotel room. Shocking surveillance footage which caused outrage in Mexico when released, showed David N throwing the girl into the water at a hotel in the city of Morelia, Michoacan in August 2015.

Princess Eliana Edward, the grand daughter of former President Jonatahn, turns one year old today. Eliana is the daughter of Faith Sakwe, Jonathan's foster daughter and her husband Prince Godswill Edward. On his social media platform, Godswill shared these new photos of their daughter and wrote

Minister of Women Affairs, Aisha Alhassan, yesterday reportedly collapsed while speaking to some Internally Displaced Women at a camp in Fufore Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

According to Thisday, Alhassan who recently had a knee surgery in the US and presently walks with the aid of crutches, collapsed while speaking to women alleged to be victims of sexual molestation in the IDP camp.

Solicitor to former First Lady, Mrs. Patience Ibifaka Goodluck Jonathan, First Law Associates, has given the Economic and Financial Commission, EFCC, 14 days with effect from September 18 to defreeze her accounts and tender a public apology to her.
Senior Partner, First Law Associates, Timipa Okponipere Esq. in an open letter to EFCC chairman, Ibrahim Magu, urging the Commission to leave Mrs. Jonathan alone, warned that it refused to conform: “We shall file an action at the African Commission on Human Rights at the Gambia demanding N5 billion in exemplary and punitive damages.”

Mrs. Jonathan is the subject of an EFCC investigation regarding the source of the money but she has continued maintaining her innocence — even though the four individuals representing the companies linked with the alleged laundering have pleaded guilty to the charge in court.

The companies – Seagate Property Development & Investment Co. Limited; Pluto Property and Investment Company Limited; Trans Ocean Property and Investment Company Limited and Development Company Limited – pleaded guilty to conspiring to launder $15 million.
