A woman who quit her job and sold her possessions to move to Canada and marry a man she'd never met has been left heartbroken after it emerged that he was apparently also seeing other women.

Evangelina Tsadiosou, 40, was planning to move 3,200 miles on Valentine's Day to live with Darryl Brown Fancey, 38 - and the couple were set to marry at the airport.
But after she had sold nearly everything she owned and given up the lease on her flat, several women contacted him saying they had also had a romantic relationship her fiancé.
He then denied that he had ever agreed to marry Miss Tsadiosou, leading her to cancel her plans to build a new life with him in Guelph, Ontario.

The former teacher from Stevenage, Hertfordshire says she was deceived by his charm and has warned others not to be taken in.
She said: 'I can't believe this has happened, I trusted Darryl completely, he told me he loved me every day - now I feel utterly humiliated and heartbroken.

'I have sold everything I own for a fraction of the value as I was running out of time and just needed to get rid of everything to help pay for my plane ticket.
'We spoke on the phone every day, he would send me photos, I just bought into his story and believed we would definitely get married on Sunday - he was so convincing.
'I know it was a bit of a whirlwind romance but sometimes you have to follow your heart, he told me he had brought a house for us and couldn't wait to be with me, it transpired that there's no house and it was all just some twisted game to him.

'He even sent me photos of the engagement ring he brought me, now I know that was all lies too.
'The closer it got to me flying over to Canada, the more distant he became, he told me his bosses had taken his phone off him and he was stressed, he worked long hours at weekends, and eventually said he couldn't marry me at the airport, it would have to be a few months later in June.
'I just didn't know what to believe, then women started to come forward to tell me he plays people all the time, and that he cheats, then one woman messaged me asking who the hell I was as she was Darryl's girlfriend.

'I couldn't believe what I was reading, Darryl tried to blame all the messages on jealous exes and I initially believed him but I think these women are genuine, I just feel sorry for the poor woman who's in a relationship with him still, it's only a matter of time before he does the same to her.
'After knowing what I know now, I don't even think he would've turned up at the airport to meet me, it would've been so humiliating.'
