PDP publicity secretary, Olisa Metuh spoke to Channels TV on the outburst of their party agent Elder Godsday Orubebe at the collation center this morning. What he told Chanels TV below
"In a democratic process, we must follow democratic channels. Yesterday we questioned the opposition party about certain things they had done to challenge states. We expect our members to follow the same process as well. This party has a tradition of decency and will follow democratic channels to lay complaints. Ours is to protest and make our voices heard through recognized channels and wait for democratic process to be followed. We directed our members that everyone should conduct himself within democratic norms and principles. That is all we have to say about that." he said

Yesterday, March 30th, Jay Z made history with the launch of his new music streaming service, Tidal, in NYC and many of his A-list friends came out to support him. Kanye West, Rihanna, Usher, Nicki Minaj, J Cole, Madonna, Alicia Keys and many others including his wife Beyonce were there.

Tidal is an entertainment streaming service and artist hub that delivers high-fidelity streaming music along with exclusive content, editorial, experiences and merchandise. Jay acquired the company for $56 Million earlier this year. A lot of music friends will now be streaming/selling their music via this platform. See photos from the event after the cut...

39 year old actress Tara Reid was photographed at Miami beach over the weekend looking worrying thin. Her bony ribcage and large thigh gap sparked concern among fans but Tara looked like she was having the time of her life and even posted photos of her tiny frame on her instagram page. She's previously laughed off criticism of her figure, claiming she was born with a thin physique. Her body looks way older than her face. More pics after the cut..

The PDP party agent at the Collation center in Abuja, Elder Godswill Orubebe is currently staging a protest at the INEC result collation center alleging that Prof Jega has been compromised. According to him, Professor Jega has been selective, partial and is tribalistic. He said APC had written a letter to INEC concerning an alleged rigging in Rivers state which he immediately sent a committee to investigate the issue but that when PDP wrote protest letters on the elections in Katsina, Kaduna and Jigawa, Jega did not send anyone to attend to their protest.

Orubebe, who is a former Minister of Niger Delta, is now calling for Jega to stop result collation. He sat on stage and refused to allow the result announcement to continue.

Buhari Support Group has called on the law enforcement agents to effect the arrest of Chief Femi Fani-Kayode for saying that PDP had won in 23 states even when INEC had not announced any results. The group at a press conference in Abuja yesterday March 30th said Fani-Kayode through his action breached the electoral law
"We strongly condemn in its entirety, the recent outburst and blatant misinformation of the general public by Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode that the PDP is already leading in 23 states of the federation. This claim is a total breach of the electoral act and is designed to cause the breach of peace. Gen. Mohammadu Buhari had repeatedly emphasised to his supporters to maintain calmness in that face of provocation by the ruling party. This recent utter exhibition of lawlessness enmeshed in the typical character of impunity by PDP is unacceptable. We ask the security agencies to immediately effect the arrest of Mr. Fani-Kayode for breaching relevant sections of the electoral act which forbids any organ

I'm watching the INEC election announcement live on TV and updating. More to come...

Karrueche took to instagram this evening to write a message to fans, hours before her interview with Iyanla is due to air. Ms Tran said she owned up to all the poor choices she's made and hopes people learn from her. What she wrote below...
"This evening the interview with Iyanla Vanzant and I will air. This is about recognizing my mistakes and learning from them. I own up to all the poor choices I have made and pray for the better. I pray everyday to God to strengthen me as a human and a young woman. I only ask that you at least understand me, whether you continue to like me or hate me. At the end of the day, we all have not been at our best at times so please learn from me and never forget to love yourself. ❤️"

A former girlfriend of killer pilot Andreas Lubitz claimed the pilot told her once that he's planning an act so heinous his name would be remembered for ever. The girlfriend said Lubitz was a tormented, erratic man who was a master of hiding his darkest thoughts and would wake up from nightmares screaming ‘we’re going down’.

The 26-year-old Germanwings stewardess, known only as Maria W, revealed to a German newspaper how Lubitz ominously told her last year: ‘One day I will do something that will change the whole system, and then all will know my name and remember it.’ Continue...
When she heard about the crash of Germanwings Flight 4U9525 on Tuesday, she remembered Lubitz’s menacing prophecy. ‘I never knew what he meant, but now it makes sense,’ she told Bild.

Two people have been killed at two polling units in Birin Bolawa and Birin Fulani in the Nafada district of Gombe state this morning by Boko Haram members.

According residents of the villages who spoke with AFP, they said suspected members of Boko Haram stormed the polling units, attacked the electorates and killed two people. An election official who spoke with AFP under anonymity, said: “We could hear the gunmen shouting, ‘Didn’t we warn you about staying away from (the) election?'”. Phil Hazlewood is AFP's bureau chief in Nigeria

Photo: Card Reader failure reported at some Polling Units

News reaching us from different parts of the country are sending in reports. One said as at 10.13am this morning, not a single card reader is working in all the voting centers in Jalingo, Taraba state capital.

Another said "there's a 100% failure rate at polling unit 032,  Ifelodun Local Govt. The card reader is not working. INEC official is trying to get to the IT unit in Alausa to fix the problem.
Above is a photo of people standing waiting for card reader at Ijaiye ojokoro Lagos.

Unidentified gunmen attacked Lagos State Commissioner for Transport, Kayode Opeifa's home at the Agege area of Lagos in the early hours of today March 28th. One person was injured.

The gunmen, believed to be political thugs, attacked other places in Agege this morning, including Agege Local Government building where council staff were holding a meeting ahead of today's election. Then they proceeded to the INEC office in Agege before they drove to Opeifa's home and shot at his building and the vehicles around his home. Thankfully, they didn't target human beings, just property, though one person was injured in the attack.

Right pic is a car that was shot at outside Opeifa's home. Centre is Opeifa's building shot at and right is the commissioner himself.

The Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) in Jigawa state has announced the postponement of election in seven out of eleven federal constituencies. According to the resident electoral commissioner in the state, Alhaji Halliru Aliyu Tambawel, the postponement was as a result of lack of sensitive materials including ballot papers and results sheets from the Central Bank of Nigeria to be used for the elections.

He said the federal constituencies where there would be a postponement includes Dutse/Kiyawa, Ringim/ Taura, HadeJia/Kafin Hausa/Auyo, and Jahun Miga federal Constituencies of Jigawa state, others include Gumel/Maigatari/Sule tankarkar/ Gagarawa, Kaugama/Malam-madori and Gwaram Federal constituencies.

INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega says that results from tomorrow's general election will be announced 48 hours after the elections have been concluded. So expect results on Monday March 30. He said this during a joint press briefing with the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brig. Gen. Johnson Olawumi in Abuja today March 27th.
“For the 2015 elections, we should be able to declare results nationally within 48 hours. Our aim is to im‎prove upon our performance in 2011,” he said

I hope we all get this message?

Look at them laughing at the meeting organized to sign a peace treaty for the 2015 Elections this morning

This is how Politicians are.....
They raise dust...
They make noise....
They plot people against each other...

But at the end of the day, when all the noise is over, they meet and laugh and crack jokes!

On Saturday March 28,2015, please cast your vote and do not let anyone use you to cause unrest or to end another persons life.BE WISE.

Pilot Andreas Lubitz might have been suffering a personal crisis at the time of the fatal Germanwings crash, it was claimed last night. Reports from Germany suggested the 28-year-old was struggling to cope after a failed relationship when he deliberately ploughed the Airbus A320 into the mountainside, killing his 149 passengers.

The theory emerged just hours after police investigating the disaster announced they had made a 'significant discovery' during a four-hour search of Lubitz's flat, which he is said to have shared with a girlfriend. Officers refused to reveal details of the potential breakthrough but insisted it was not a suicide note.

The Director General of Governor Yuguda Campaign Organisation in Bauchi state, Alhaji Mai’auduga has revealed that over N230 million from the presidency meant to support Bauchi PDP campaign for President Jonathan in the state has gone missing. Alhaji Mai'auduga revealed this while speaking to newsmen in Bauchi yesterday March 25th
"The State Campaign Council had already setup a committee headed by Governor Isa Yuguda to find the missing funds and whoever is guilty of the dubious act of diverting the missing funds will face the disciplinary action by the Party. The money was released to the State campaign council in two batches, one N80 million and N150million . They were diverted by prominent persons in the party and we requested the Governor to investigate and find the missing funds” he said
