went to steal so that he and his son could eat but was caught and beaten

The largest anaconda found by construction workers in Brazil
Anaconda which measures 33ft and weighing 400kg was found by construction workers following an explosion in a cave in Altamira, Pará. A video filmed by one of the workers shows the sheer size of the enormous reptile. A teenager was buried alive to cure crippling back pains she has been
experiencing after she was recently struck by lightning on her way to
school in Monteria, Colombia, as relatives believed it would "take away
the energy" the lightning left inside her.
18-year-old Ana Ballesteros was placed in a giant hole which was filled
with earth and covered up to her neck for three days a week in her

Four killed, nine wounded as troops repels gunmen attack in Godogodo, Kaduna.
Gallant
troops of 1 Division Nigerian Army in a joint operation with personnel
of Nigeria Police and local vigilantes on Sunday, September 25th, repelled a coordinated
attack by gunmen on Godogodo town of Kaduna State.
A statement by the Army spokesman, Col. Sani Usman, said the troops
fought off the attackers and pursued them into the bush inflicting heavy
casualty on them.

Judge withdraws from IPOB leader, Kanu Nnamdi’s trial
Justice John Tsoho, the judge handling the trial of the leader of the
Indigenious People of Biafra IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has returned the case
file to the Chief Justice of the Federal High Court, Ibrahim Auta, for
reassignment. Tsoho asked for reassignment of the case following a
petition by the legal team of Nnamdi Kanu led by Chuks Muoma, alleging
that he was biased in its handling of Kanu's case.
