A 25 year old Florida man, Benjamin Angus Middendorf, killed his own brother and has been arrested and charged with first degree murder in the death of his older brother whom he shot and killed on Thursday in an argument over a cheeseburger, Police said.

Benjamin shot his 28 year old brother Nicholas Middendorf once in the chest, Fox 35 Orlando reported.
In a 911 call released by the St. Cloud Police Department, Benjamin Middendorf said.

The man who allegedly killed his wife and mother of his 2 children, Ronke Shonde in Lagos on Friday, has given his side of the story while in hiding. Lkan Shonde spoke to PUNCH Metro over the phone line provided by his in-law, Bolatito, which was confirmed by the police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos. Mr. Shonde told Punch correspondent that his wife, Ronke provoked him on Thursday when she described how her lover slept with her in a hotel in Abuja on Thursday night.

A man identified as Remi Adelaja is on the run after he allegedly killed his elder brother, Mayowa Adelaja, during an argument over torchlight at their home at Adelaja Street, off Afariogun, Oshodi in Lagos yesterday May 8th. According to The Nation, the incident happened at about 2am.
