A suspected burglar simply identified as Dasuki shocked the police in Ogun State over the weekend when he led detectives to recover two truckloads of assorted goods he allegedly stole from various shops and houses in Mowe area on the Lagos Ibadan Expressway.

According to theNewTelegraph, the suspect, a native of Badagry in Lagos State, was initially apprehended by a vigilance group employed by a Community Development Association at Gbegira,
in Mowe, in Ogun State when he dropped the second of his two Ghana -Must -Go bags full of handsets and bales of clothes at about 3:00am.

Ekemini, the 13-year-old girl pregnant girl (pictured with Hope) who was rescued by Danish aid worker, Anja Ringgren Loven and her husband David Emmannuel Umem, will be undergoing a caesarean section operation because doctors discovered that the position of her baby in the uterus is not normal. Authorities were called around 2:30 am on Sunday morning to report a fire that started in a room at the Lincoln Motel in the Philadelphia suburb of Bensalem in the US. When they arrived they arrested and charged a 46 year old Philadelphia man, Kevin Small, after he confessed to throwing a cup of gasoline on his girlfriend, 46 year old Mellissa Bacon-Smith while she was smoking, starting a fire that killed her after a dispute between the two.

A 23-year-old woman was swimming at a beach at Red Reef Park in Boca Raton with a group of friends when a nurse shark, about 60 centimetres long, latched onto her right forearm on Sunday and bit into it without letting go. According to Boca Raton Fire Rescue, they got a call at approximately 1:20 p.m. on Sunday,saying someone had been bitten by a shark.

On May 11th, a pregnant 26 year old woman Sarah Iler of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, who was one day past her due date and was already dilated was driving to the hospital with her estranged husband, 34 year old Matt Rider on Wednesday morning to have her baby. The couple had been estranged for awhile, but had recently reconciled and were excited to meet their first child together, a baby girl.

A body pulled out of Lake Michigan near Promontory Point Park on Sunday, May 8, has been identified as a medical student who had been missing for more than two weeks.
28-year-old Ambrose Monye was a fourth-year medical student at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico and was on a two-year rotation at Jackson Park Hospital and Medical Centre in Chicago.

Mother of two, 40 year old Wesley Webb was arguing with boyfriend 43 year old Keith Smith in their home in Schuylkill Township, Pennsylvania on May 2 when she decided to start recording the argument and ended up recording her own murder, police say.

Webb told Smith that if he kept arguing with her, she would leave with her two children. Three kids, all under age 14, were home at the time of Webb’s killing on the night of May 2.

Authorities at the US - Mexico border in Texas made a startling discovery of over 1,400 pounds of marijuana packages concealed in a commercial shipment of coconuts.

According to US Customs and Border Protection, the officers along with the help of a canine team, discovered a total of 2,485 packages of marijuana were stuffed inside the coconut shipment (estimated at $285,000) at the Pharr International Bridge Cargo facility in Texas.

U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken has returned to Abuja, along with Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Linda Thomas-Greenfield and Acting Coordinator for Counterterrorism Justin Siberell to attend the Regional Security Summit and discuss efforts to support Nigeria and the other Lake Chad Basin countries in the fight against Boko Haram. The dead body of football player Patrick Ekeng was laid in repose at the Dinamo Stadium in Bucharest today, Friday May 13.

The footballer died after collapsing on the pitch on May 6 during a match between Dinamo and FC Viitorul, which ended in a 3-3 tie. Over 1,000 fans, team players, coaches, leaders came to pay final respect to Ekeng before the body is flown to Cameroon for burial.

What happened? Well Jussie and his reps tried to get GREEDY, according to an insider who works with the show. The insider explained, "Terrence [Howard] and Taraji [Henson] are the stars of the show, and they are going to be paid as stars. But the rest aren't going to make huge sums from the show."
