A 12-year-old boy who rushed to the aid of victims of a car accident in Yishun, Singapore, on Tuesday, May 31, said he did so as other passers-by were "too busy taking pictures with their phones instead of helping".

Yishun Primary School student Ashvin Gunasegaran(pictured speaking with one of the victims) was walking home from school with several classmates when they heard a "loud boom" behind them as they crossed the road.

26-year-old Jamila Musa from Edo State who was on Sunday, May 30, attacked with acid in her home has accused her boyfriend's wife for her travails, the Nation, reports.

According to Jamila, who works with Flour Mills, Nigeria,  about 10pm, she heard a familiar voice at her door, saying he had a message from her boyfriend. The victim said she recognised the voice as that of the wife’s brother and that was why she opened the door.

The Goa police, India on Monday, May 30, arrested a Nigerian accused of kidnapping and raping a 31-year-old  local woman at knife-point.
Based on a complaint filed by the woman alleging kidnap and rape on Saturday, May 28, the police booked Kenneth  Uwegha, 41, for assault. 
He was arrested at the Panvel railway station near Mumbai and on Tuesday was remanded to police custody for three days by a trial court. His accomplice, who is still on the run, is currently being hunted by the police.

Musa, the 21 month old boy who was a victim of domestic violence in Kano, is gradually recovering from the physical attack on him by his wicked step  mother. Just two weeks after a Peace Mass Transit commercial bus was involved in an accident, killing all passengers except one, another one has occurred. Facebook user, Nwokoye Izuchukwu, who survived the accident yesterday May 31st, shared the photos on his wall. He wrote;

A Male stripper simulated performing a sex act on a young girl in front of pupils as young as 13 at a prank show organised by sixth-formers at the school Princess Kate Middleton attended when she was younger.

Sixth-formers sneaked in the tattooed stripper, who was dressed as a sailor, he then peeled off his clothes and gyrated with the girl straddling his lap in the central courtyard of £30,000-a-year Marlborough College, a 'posh' school where the elite and well-to-do school their children.

Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer Runtown has parted ways with his record label, Eric Manny Records (or at least he's trying to) and they didn't do so on the best of terms. Eric Manny, owned by billionaire businessman, Okwudili Umenyiora, has gotten a court injunction stopping Runtown from performing as an artist, amongst other things, pending when they settle their issues.

Runtown got his lawyers to write to the label, claiming threat to life, extortion, and that he didn't get his payment/royalties from performances, ring-back tunes and etc. He also said he has returned all properties he received from the label when he signed with them in 2014. A great-grandmother named Tanzilya Bisembeyeva, who lives with her family in the village of Alcha in Krasny Yar district, Astrakhan, southern Russia and has celebrated her 120th birthday, claims she is the world's oldest living person.

Bisembeyeva who survived the Russian Revolution, World War I, World War II and two husbands, is said to have been born in 1896. If her claims are true,

At least one person has been killed after soldiers and Biafra supporters clashed this morning at Nkpor in Onitsha, Anambra state. The supporters were celebrating 2016 Biafran Heroes remembrance day today May 30th when the clash took place. See more photos after the cut.

A 26-year-old Kuwaiti citizen tortured his four-year old daughter to death and kept the body in a new freezer to conceal the crime. The corpse remained in the freezer for one week before the parents (suspect and his wife) were arrested.
A security source said security men received information that a Kuwaiti citizen had killed his four-year old daughter few days earlier and kept the body in a flat in Hawalli area.

Fight broke out between policemen and some people suspected to be members of the Movement for the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) in Asaba on Monday, eyewitnesses said.
