A former female Fidelity bank staff, Adenike Okuneye, 31, has been dragged before a Lagos Magistrate Court by the bank's management for allegedly parading herself as a staff of Fidelity Bank after she had been sacked.Okuneye is being accused of wearing the bank's branded T-shirt and collecting money from customers who bank with Fidelity under the pretext of saving it for them in the bank, but instead converted same to her use.

Suspected Fulani men in Ondo state are said to have raped a 72-year old woman identified only as  Victoria.

The septuagenarian, while speaking with newsmen explained that she was working on her farm when the two herdsmen attacked her.

“Before I could question them on their mission in my farm, they gagged me and tore my clothes. They raped me one after the other. They threatened to kill me if I made any noise and left me on the farm after injuring me,” she added.

According to the Facebook user, Emmanuel Onuoha, the man pictured above was hit by his wife with a log of wood during an argument in their home about food. The woman blamed her action on annoyance saying she is tired of her husband not fulfilling his promises.
Mr Onuoha wrote; "A woman did this to her husband yesterday, just because of small argument with her about food issue, more over the man lost his job and he has been trying his best to secure a job but she takes it seriously and used log of wood on his head, I pity that woman and may God forgive her If it is you now what will you do?

Dallas McCarver, a popular bodybuilder known as "Big Country," has died after he reportedly choked on food.

McCarver's girlfriend, WWE superstar Dana Brooke, told TMZ the 26-year-old lifter was found unconscious Monday night in his home by a friend. McCarver was found shortly after he spoke with Brooke on the phone.

Charli Parker, a former teacher at a private Christian school in Alabama accused of having sex with two underage male students has been sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to one charge.

The 31-year-old Parker was sentenced to 12 years in prison, though she would only serve three years, followed by five years of probation.

The gymnast, who revealed earlier in the year that she has never had a boyfriend in her life, has now fallen head over heels in love with a fellow gymnast. The 20-year-old confirmed her romance with Stacey Ervin by posting a photo of both of them on Instagram. Stacey Ervin, who accompanied Simone as her date as she was inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame on Sunday, also posted a photo of them where he praised her and said she makes him feel like he's the luckiest man alive.
