I am very concerned that the majority of the girls are still missing. I spoke to Nigerian Foreign Minister, Wali, about this case on 18 April, and we are talking to Nigerian authorities about how best to assist in their efforts to secure the girls’ release and bring those responsible to justice.” Hague said. I know they are adorable, gentle and friendly, but thank you very much, I'm not that adventurous...lol

I told you guys yesterday that Monalisa Chinda & Lanre Nzeribe have not only ended their romantic relationship, they have also ended their business relationship. (Find here). The actress has released an official statement via her publicist confirming the report. Find it below...

We regret to officially announce the resignation of Nollywood actress Monalisa Chinda from Monalisa Magazine, which also marks the end of her partnership with Mr. Lanre Nzeribe, due to irreconcilable professional differences.

Over the past few months, both parties have made concerted efforts to retain their partnership, to no avail, which led to their mutual agreement that a separation would be the best course of action.

Though she has, so far, committed so much time, energy and resources into the project, it is high time she moved on as she pursues renewed ethos to raise her standards of professionalism and focus on projects closer to her heart.

Monalisa Chinda extends her sincere appreciation to the entire staff of the company for the great working experience during the time being. She wishes Mr. Nzeribe and the staff all the best in their future endeavours.

She also wishes to express her profound gratitude to her wonderful fans for their unreserved support through the years. Thank you for your continued support as the Monalisa brand promises greater things to come.

Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, has described the men who carried out the attack at Nyanya Motor Park on Monday  as pigs, whose corpses should be fed to pigs when they die.

"I completely condemned the bomb attack on a motor park in Nyanya. This is very inhuman, ungodly and barbaric. I don’t even have the adjectives to describe what these mad people have done. As far as I am concerned, the perpetrators are not human beings and in my own opinion, when they finally die their corpses should be given to pigs because they are on the same level with pigs. How do you do this kind of thing to human beings? So definitely, they cannot be humans. It is so unfortunate. To make it worse, there are people who are sponsoring them. As the judgment of God comes upon them, the judgment will also come on those who are sponsoring them. Anybody who has given N1 to these people, whether they are local people or foreign financiers, the same judgment will come upon them and their children.” They will not escape it. So those are my words.” - Oritsejafor said in a statement released on Monday

According to a report by Premium Times, some victims of Monday's bomb blast receiving medical attention at the Asokoro General Hospital in Abuja are currently facing hunger as no one is providing them with food.

One of the survivors, Salome Jim, told Premium Times that she's only received drugs and drips from the hospital management but no one has given her anything to eat.

"I have been sitting down here waiting for surgery. I am in pain, I am very hungry. No one has come here to give me food, I can neither walk nor move, the nurses and doctors are nice to me but they didn’t give me food. The nurse said she will come and attend to me at 9:30 am this morning and this is 9 o’ clock so I am waiting, but when I came here yesterday they took care of me, I didn’t pay for anything, but they didn’t give us food. I went to bed with an empty stomach, the woman inside the ward over there (she pointed) shared her food with me at midnight, as I am here my relatives don't know I am here as I couldn’t find my phone.” She said.
