According to Facebook user, Femi Arowolo, the man pictured above was caught trying to rob at Eyita palace, Ikorodu Lagos. He was beaten up and later handed over to the police. Mr Femi wrote;

A group of suspected herdsmen have butchered the Chief Park Ranger of Gashaka-Gumti National park, Haman Njidda, in Taraba state. According to media personality, Sumner Sambo Shagari, who shared the story online, the deceased led a team on a patrol around Buspan/Tipsan axis where they encountered the herdsmen who allegedly butchered him to death while scampering for safety. A gang of Nigerian fraudsters who posed as bankers, financial gurus and potential love interests have been jailed after swindling people out of £1m.
Peters Akanno Obi, Soloman Adanegbe and Prince Braimah-Oboh preyed on victims across the world, conning them out of cash, which was laundered and stored in accounts in Greater Manchester.
The trio were jailed at Manchester Crown Court after being found guilty by a jury following a four-week trial.

A woman believed to be in her 30s was killed in a car crash in Ibesikpo-Asutan, Akwa Ibom State on Friday, July 7. The other passengers were injured in the accident which occurred crash along Aka-Nung Udoe Road, around Owot Uta Village, at about 12:45 p.m. 
The deceased was identified as Anwanabasi Enang, a mother of 2 and a resident of Idua Eket, Eket.

A witness, Aniefiok Ekwere told PREMIUM TIMES that the ill-fated green-colour Honda car, which was traveling from Uyo to Eket, had somersaulted multiple times along the highway.

A mother has been arrested after her four young children and their father were found slain in a home outside Atlanta early on Thursday. A fifth child survived and is in critical condition in hospital.

The bodies were discovered when police responded to a 911 call that came in at 4:47 a.m from an adult woman present in the home - believed to be their mother.

Police said she was speaking Spanish, which initially made it difficult for 911 operators to communicate with her.

A commercial motorcyclist died after he was swept away by flood following a heavy downpour on Monday morning, July 3, in Ado Ekiti. Goodwill, who posted the photo wrote:

Suspected pirates shot dead a woman and her son at a fishing camp along Ekologbene creek of Ayakoromo community, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State on Monday night.

Hoodlums reportedly snuck into the fishing camp on that fateful night to attack sleeping residents. The deceased was one of those whose houses were invaded and the hoodlums began to harass the mother. 
Upset with the way his mother was being treated, the son confronted the hoodlums and a fight broke out, leading to them getting shot. The body of the victims identified as Mrs. Anetorofa Morkor and her son, Doutimi Asaba, were brought to the community in a speed boat.

When he was apprehended, he allegedly confessed to being a member of the secret cult. He said that himself and two others arrived the town in the afternoon to look at the possible places to attack.
