Rubin Rafael Okotie, 29, is an Austrian professional footballer currently playing as a striker for China League One side Beijing BG. Okotie was born in Pakistan to a Nigerian father and an Austrian mother. He spent four years of his life in Barcelona, Spain.

Although he is eligible to represent three countries at national level due to his multinational background, Okotie identifies himself primarily as Austrian. He is currently a member of the Austria national football team. In the UEFA Euro 2016 qualifier, which Austria finished in first place, Okotie scored the deciding goals against Russia and Montenegro.
