A 30-year-old California mum, Jamie Snider, who beat cancer while she was pregnant with twins, died tragically Friday, just a day after giving birth to the babies. Snider who was a mother to two older daughters, had beaten cancer once before but lost an ovary in the process. She was shocked to learn she was pregnant with twins, but then during the ultra sound, doctors discovered an aggressive form of cervical cancer had returned.

According to a Washington Post report, the agency recently requested an additional $60 million in spending for fiscal year 2018. Nearly $27 million of that was to be earmarked for security at the president’s private residence at Trump Tower in New York, where first lady Melania Trump lives with their 11-year-old son.

According to a Facebook user, Uzuegbu Prosper, who shared the story, he said a SS2 student of Ubomiri Girls Secondary School was on Thursday attacked by her teacher who was posted from Alvan Ikeokwu Federal College of Education, Owerri Imo State. He disclosed that the unidentified teacher committed the act after he was involved in a heated argument with the victim during her second term examination.

Report made by the victim identified as Tochi from Isiala – Ngwa South LGA, led to the arrest of Ihechinmere Levi ‘m’, Jude Onyeocha ‘m’, Otumdi Onyeocha ‘m’, Chiemezuo John ‘m’ and Emmanuel Ekpo ‘m’ all of Umuala Village. A woman was rescued alive yesterday from the River Thames after she jumped in there from the Westminster bridge to escape the terror attack. The woman's name is Andreea Cristea, a 29-year-old architect from Romania who was visiting London with her fiancé, Engineer Andrei Bumaz.

The couple were on Westminster Bridge, walking towards the London Eye big wheel when the attack occurred at about 2:40 p.m.

A British pedophile who raped a young girl for 225 times from the age of six has been jailed for 16 years.

The man identified as Anthony Morgan, in a ‘campaign of rape’, targeted the young girl, ruining her life, especially while high on cocaine and alcohol, Metro UK reported.

A man named Nyan Tun AKA Kalapu, has been arrested in Yangon, Myanmar for stealing a whole house. According to members of the community, the theft may be related to an ownership dispute between Kalapu and the house owner, Han Win Aung.
Police officer Maung Maung Oo told local newspaper, Eleven, that the home had recently been bought by a man named Han Win Aung from Thanlyin, but it seemed that the person who sold the home t him may not have been the real owner of the house. Maung Oo said:

59 year old twins, Muriel and Bernard Burgess, who died after they fell from England's famous White Cliffs of Dover on New Year’s Day were carrying their parents’ ashes, investigators revealed on Tuesday. The twins had been struggling to come to terms with the deaths of their parents, according to a coroner.
Both twins were wearing backpacks, each containing the ashes of each of their parents.
