Last week, a case of a burnt petrol tanker on
the bridge linking Iju and Ajuwon, just by Grailland Estate was reported. The fire
has since burnt out but the remains of the tanker is still lying there,
half way across the road. This situation is
causing a lot of traffic during the morning and evening peak
periods. this traffic is menacing the motorists, keke and okada
drivers who ply the route.
Motorists say it's been a trouble navigating through the
bridge because of its narrowness, how much more now that part of the
road has been blocked by the burnt tanker. Please the attention of the Lagos State government agency
concerned with this is needed asap. These photos were taken today..
