Women who sell sachet water popularly known as Pure
water, staged a protest in Benin city, Edo state yesterday February
25th, over the hike in price of the product. Some of them say they now buy a
bag of pure water for N 400 and are forced to sell it at N20 as against
the N5 they sold it before. And people are no longer patronizing them like they used to.
